House Speaker Paul Ryan is announcing an agenda for the
House GOP. Its title, "A Better Way," may seem vaguely familiar. "The Better Way" was the campaign slogan of fictional California Senate candidate Bill McKay (Robert Redford)
in the 1972 movie The Candidate.
