Troubled Agencies Will Carry Out the Executive Action

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will be carrying out the president's executive action on immigration.  According to a new survey by the Partnership for Public Service, which ranked federal bureaucracies by employee satisfaction and commitment, DHS is the worst large agency.  (NASA is the best.)

The Partnership also ranked 314 agency subcomponents.  US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), which will have much of the responsibility within DHS, ranks 91st.  Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) ties for last place, at 314th.
